"Very awesome service!!! Ryan and Kevin take very good care of me. They service my 2001 Honda Odyssey parking brake adjustment. Im a type of person that do diy repairs on my own cars. I was stuck on adjusting parking brake after I replace my drum and shoes. So I called them up for help. I drop my van off Less than 3 hrs ( they were very booked.) they called me and it was ready for pick up. El Dorado ( mechanic) told me how to adjust e break. I did pay for the labor which it is fare (45 bucks !!! ) He also told me that my front breaks need service too.

"The best shop I have ever found. I completely trust this shop. Finding a place that won't rip you off or take advantage of lack of auto knowledge is hard to find. This shop works on all aspects of auto repair not just transmissions. The service is quick and they do great work. I refer all friends and family to this shop. Thanks Kevin, your shop is the best anywhere."

"I personally dealt with Kevin, the owner, and I was extremely happy with his excellent customer service. He really cares about his customers. He sent me a picture of the transmission while in the rebuilding process. He is very honest. You only pay what your initial quote was. He did even more work that initially quoted and did not charge me for it. His price was very competitive to begin with (2nd cheapest). I got quotes from 4 different shops before I decided to go with Kevin and at the end of the day with all the extra work he did, he turned out to be the cheapest. Personally, I will recommend Mission Viejo transmission to all my friends and family members for any kind of car repairs. I will be taking my second Lexus to him very soon for maintenance work. I found a very trustworthy shop for all my car repair. "

This means that you can have peace of mind when you entrust your vehicle to our expert staff of ASE certified technicians and service advisers. Instead, we want to earn your confidence and develop a long-lasting relationship with you. We offer a smile, a friendly voice, and a professional atmosphere because we want you to know how much we appreciate your business.

When manufacturers don't make parts and tools available, they create repair monopolies and hurt small businesses. 96% of independent repair shops we surveyed have to turn customers away because of repair restrictions. If the Right to Repair is not protected in law, their businesses will suffer. Manufacturers at their own service centers can push you to buy new instead of repairing. They can set prices wherever they like. And they can shred reusable devices instead of recycling them. Having to compete with independent shops keeps manufacturers honest.

Beyond restricting access to parts, companies block repair in all kinds of other sneaky ways. Sometimes they glue in batteries with industrial-strength adhesives. Sometimes they use proprietary screwheads. Increasingly, they're using software to pair parts to your device's serial number or motherboard, making replacement parts throw errors or blocking them entirely.

Beyond restricting access to parts, companies block repair in all kinds of other sneaky ways. Sometimes they glue in batteries with industrial-strength adhesives. Sometimes they use proprietary screwheads. Sometimes they use software to pair parts to your device's serial number or motherboard, either throwing up errors for replacement parts or blocking new parts entirely.

Legislators and regulators around the world are waking up to the importance of securing our Right to Repair. In the United States, Massachusetts has protected car repair, Colorado has protected powered wheelchair repair, and New York has protected consumer electronics repair. France now requires repairability scores at the point of sale for many devices. Australia has secured the Right to Repair motor vehicles, and the Australian Government is investigating electronics repair. The European Commission has resolved to address the Right to Repair in its 2022 set of directives.

Manufacturers' repair restrictions make repair more expensive and difficult to find for everyone. When all repair has to go through a manufacturer's authorized center, you may wait a long time for repairs. They can charge you whatever they like, without competition. And they might tell you that something can't be fixed even when that's untrue, because they make more money when you replace your stuff instead of repairing it. Breaking up those repair monopolies helps us all.

In the US, it's illegal for manufacturers to void your warranty for repairing your own stuff or having an independent shop repair it. Similarly, in Australia, courts have confirmed that customers may choose their own repair avenue for cars and phones without voiding their consumer protections. Warranty laws vary by country, so check your local regulations.

The software locks that prevent repair aren't the same locks that protect your data. Cybersecurity experts agree that making repair possible won't endanger device security. The US Federal Trade Commission found that independent shops are no more or less likely than manufacturers' shops to mishandle customer data. And in fact, manufacturers have already devised systems to make repairs possible while protecting data: In Korea, Samsung Galaxy phones have a Repair Mode that lets customers choose which data to make available while enabling all the repair-necessary features of the phone. All manufacturers across the world could do the same if they wanted.

Who is your favorite actor or actress and why? Of course, being a former military enlisted member and officer, I must say that one of my favorite actors is George C. Scott. However, one can never have just one favorite actor. Anthony Quinn is another of my favorites. Bringing up the rear of my favorite actors, I must include Denzel Washington, Rebert De Niro, Tom Hanks and Leonardo DiCaprio, all of whom are brilliant, successful actors. I just love all their movies.

What is your favorite military aircraft and why? My favorite aircraft is the Air Force F-22 Raptor. When it comes to waging war, we must always be ready to outsmart, out-class and be able to defeat our adversaries. This is what the F-22 allows us to do. 2ff7e9595c
